Students may check out books any time between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. while school is in session.

Students may check out 2 books at a time unless teachers have requested other arrangements.

Books are checked out for a two-week period. Books can be renewed for an additional two-week period if more time is needed.

Classes come to the media center throughout the week to check out books, do research, and to receive instruction in library skills.

If a child loses or damages a library book, he may not check out another book until the book in question is returned or paid for. If a student has outstanding library books or fees, his or her report card will be held.
