The health, welfare and safety of your child are of utmost importance. At times, it may be necessary for your child to take medication. The school nurse or principal’s designee shall be permitted to assist students in taking medication during the school day only if it is not possible for the parent, guardian, child’s physician, or some other adult authorized by the parent or guardian to administer the medication. In the event a student must take medicine during school hours, the guidelines set forth below shall direct the proper handling of all medications at school: Please visit the BCSS website for instructions.
